Q: Is my floss colorfast?

Its recommended to test a sample first prior to starting your project as some colors do bleed.  I would automatically say all colors are non-colorfast just to be safe.

Q: When will my order ship?

Currently most orders are made to order. Please allow for up two weeks before shipment. I’m steadily building my inventory of options to become more efficient with order processing and shipment. I greatly appreciate your patience and support. As a new small business I am learning and growing daily to improve your customer experience.

Q: How will you ship my items?

Currently I am using both USPS and UPS with tracking.  As soon as your items ship you will receive a tracking number for your happy mail. 

Q: I don’t see a color I like, can you make a special order request?

Most definitely! As the stock continues to grow all color suggestions will be taken into consideration.  If you don’t see a color you like don’t hesitate to reach out, I’ll cook a batch for you and add it to the shop for us to share.

Q: Are dye lots the same?

All batches are done by hand with the same measurements however dye lots may vary.  I highly recommend to order what you need at the time of purchase because the shades may vary.  Let me know if you have any dye lot issues within your order, I will pack your order of multiples of the same color from the same dye lot automatically. 

Q: I would like to contribute to the common mood board page, can I?

The mood board feature is for all of us.  Here I will share all of our photos as a community to give inspiration for all to color pair as they please.
